Goodness Gracious advocates breastfeeding for the first six months (and continuing as long as possible).
Sometimes mums are not fortunate enough to be blessed with abundant milk or have other issues and need to introduce foods early.
This is why we have food that can be given to babies as young as 4 months old.

Innovation and Commitment

  • Ayurvedic Principles

Our recipes are based on the 5,000-year-old principles of Ayurveda - a state of bliss for the soul, senses and mind. A state of balance with good digestion and elimination. Importantly, fruit ferments in the stomach, inhibiting digestion, so it’s not advised to mix fruit with meat, fish or vegetables. Hence, we follow Ayurvedic principle in all our recipes.

  • Only Ever Organic

Providing healthy organic, food for ourselves and our families is a responsibility. We only ever use the best ingredients that are free of pesticides and other harmful substances, whilst also being affordable.

  • Community Commitment

We’re proud to have built a community of GG Mums that discuss issues that are important to parents the world over, such as diet, recipes, childcare and activities. Find out more about our commitment to the community, and how you can become a GG Mum in your area.
